We know it's not always easy to remember your password among all the others in your collection. You've tried your birthdate, your shoe size, and your child's initials, but nothing works! You just can't remember your password… No worries, simply click the 'Recover my password' button and follow the instructions.
Did you get married? Did you move? Congratulations! Proud to have chosen to take your husband's last name, or eager to fill your new wardrobe? You absolutely must update your information on your 'My Milk Away' account! How do you do it?
1. From your ' My Milk Away ' account.
Send us your requests to modify all the important information in your profile (name, email address, contact details, phone number, and password) by clicking on " access my personal data," and then on " edit my personal data." Finalize everything by clicking on " Submit my request" to confirm the changes made (yes, we know, it's basic, but we really wanted to offer you comprehensive FAQs!).
2. We are here for you!
To modify your profile information, contact us at womum@milk-away.com or via our form and we will make the changes for you!
Don't panic, these things happen. You've already placed an order with Milk Away , but your email address isn't recognized. This likely means your account hasn't been activated and you placed your last order as a guest.

Important and useful:
· If your order has not yet been prepared, you can still cancel it.
· If your order is already on its way, you will be able to make a return after receiving the delivery.
Orders placed using a promo code unfortunately cannot be cancelled.
Attention Wondermums! No address changes are possible after an order has been placed. However, you can always cancel the order and place a new one with a different address (keeping the above in mind).
You just placed an order on Milk Away , you successfully completed the validation step, but you haven't received an email confirming your order? No worries, with Milk Away, once your order is validated, you are guaranteed to receive it at the address you provided.
I still need to be 100% sure, what should I do?
1. Have you checked your email inbox?
First, make sure our order confirmation email hasn't landed in your spam (junk mail) folder. Check all the folders in your email inbox. Feel free to save Milk Away to your contacts and/or as a legitimate email address; this way, you won't have to repeat this step for future orders.
2. Have you checked your customer account and email address?
You can also check the email address you registered in your customer account. Then go to the 'My Orders' tab in your account. You should find your order history there. If your order doesn't appear, it means it wasn't completed. We advise you to place a new order to receive your items.
If, despite these checks, any doubts remain or if you are unable to complete your order, please contact us via our form or send us an email to womum@milk-away.com
Did you receive a different item than the one you ordered? Is the size, color, or model of your item unsuitable?
We invite you to return the item in question, ensuring that it meets all return conditions , and to check the availability of the desired item on our website. Unfortunately, exchanges are not possible.
If the item you want is available, we recommend ordering it as soon as possible. You will be refunded for any returned items as quickly as possible upon receipt (depending on your original payment method).
If the error is ours, we sincerely apologize! We will, of course, reimburse your shipping costs.
If you receive one or more items of the wrong size or color twice in a row, we advise you to contact us directly.
Have you forgotten an item you were dying to wear for stylish breastfeeding? Has a new product just arrived and you absolutely must have it, but you've already placed an order?
At Milk Away , we don't forget that the planet is our mother! That's why we're always careful to group orders to avoid unnecessary packaging and multiple shipments. No need to worry. Just send us an email as soon as possible to womum@milk-away.com , mentioning your order numbers.
If your orders have not yet been picked up by the carrier and they have the same delivery address, we will be happy to group them together and refund any excess delivery charges.
And always with ecology in mind, if you have several orders on the same day with the same name and recipient address, your items will automatically travel together thanks to John, our logistics pro
It's simple, we love surprises and gifts! All the more reason to help you hide the price if your order is meant to be given as a present!
Only an order confirmation will be included in the gift package for orders within Europe. However, for gifts sent outside Europe, we are required to include the invoice, which the carrier needs for any applicable taxes and customs fees.
Whether it's a gift at your best friend's baby shower or blessingway , a package slipped under the tree or next to the birthday cake, the surprise will be complete!
Hell and damnation! You had your eye on an item, you had kindly saved it to your favorites and suddenly, disaster strikes! Your favorite piece is no longer available and impossible to order.

Delivery
To make your life easier and allow you to enjoy your Milk Away clothes as quickly as possible, you can have your order delivered using the method that suits you best: home or work, express or standard delivery.
You've placed your order and are eagerly awaiting the arrival of your package? That's perfectly understandable. To help you pass the time, as soon as your order leaves the hands of our super Dad, John, and goes to the delivery driver, we'll send you an email confirming shipment with a tracking link so you can see the delivery status.

To track your parcel from your customer account:
Log in to your ' My Milk Away ' account using your credentials.
Click on ' My orders' and select the relevant order.
In the summary table of items ordered, click on ' Track delivery online' (located in the top left corner).
A new window opens, allowing you to track your package step by step.
Your parcel is marked as delivered but you haven't received it yet? We advise you to check your mailbox.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, the chosen delivery service should have left a delivery notice. You then have two options:
· Contact the chosen delivery service to arrange a new delivery date.
· Collect your parcel from the chosen collection point.
Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control, some packages may take longer than expected to arrive or may get lost. Occasionally, some packages may be delivered to a drop-off point instead of your delivery address. You will be notified directly by the carrier. If the problem persists, please contact us at womum@milk-away.com. We will do our best to find a suitable solution.
There it is! Eagerly awaited, you've just picked up your order and... Oh no! One or more items are missing.
Before you rush to your voodoo doll to cast a spell on us, please check that the missing item(s) are marked as delivered. If you can't find the item(s) in question, don't hesitate to contact us via our contact form or at womum@milk-away.com , mentioning your order number and the missing item(s). We'll work together to find a solution and deliver them to you as quickly as possible!

First things first; send us an email to womum@milk-away.com with your new address. Then, everything will depend on the status of your order. To find out, please log in to your My Milk Away account and check the delivery status .
- If this hasn't been processed yet, no worries! We'll process your email mentioning your new address and take care of the rest!
- If, unfortunately (or fortunately), we were very quick and your order has already been processed, we will only be able to make the necessary changes if the carrier has not yet taken charge of your package.
- If, however, your order is already in the hands of the carrier of your choice, we advise you to contact them directly to see if a change of address is still possible.

How long will you have to wait to receive your order?
As soon as we receive your payment, we ship your package within 24 hours.
To receive your order, please be patient and allow the following delivery times depending on your chosen option: 2 to 7 business days (Monday to Saturday) within Europe. Outside Europe, allow 4 to 10 business days.
All the details regarding your delivery will be given to you in your confirmation email.
Yes! We deliver your Milk Away items worldwide. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
However, we draw your attention to the possible taxes that may be levied on you at the borders and for which you are responsible.
You've been eagerly awaiting it for days, and upon delivery, you discover that your package has been mishandled. Before filing a complaint with the SPPL (the Society for the Protection of Delivered Packages), here's how to protect yourself from liability in case of damage to or theft of the items you ordered:
Take photos of your package, any damage, signs of opening, soiling…
· Do not hesitate to make a reservation with the delivery person or at the collection point when receiving your package, or even to refuse delivery.
Send us the photos, your order number and proof of the reservation you made via our email address to womum@milk-away.com without delay, we will find a quick and efficient solution to resend your order ASAP.
Payment
The different payment methods offered by Milk Away are:
· Visa / CB / Bancontact Maestro / Mastercard or American Express
· Paypal, App Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay
You will receive an acknowledgement of payment as well as an email confirming your order (if you have not yet added Milk Away to your contacts or as a legitimate email address, remember to check your spam/junk mail).
For each order, you will find a complete breakdown of prices and taxes. Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT, and your total is itemized with VAT included. The calculated VAT will be shown once the order is placed.
Have you decided on the Milk Away Touch on a Maldives beach or on the corner of 44th Avenue? In three words: we love you!!!
The prices listed on the website do not include customs duties. Therefore, your order may be subject to customs fees depending on the destination country. These costs are your responsibility and must be paid directly to the carrier upon delivery. Please keep this in mind to avoid any unpleasant surprises when you finalize your order or receive it.
Even if you can't complete your order, it's strictly forbidden to throw your PC out the window or stomp on your smartphone. Our MUM'bers know how to behave, you know!
Always take the time to check that your order is complete, that your profile contains all the necessary information for billing and delivery, and that no error messages appear on your screen.
Even though we strive to provide the best possible service, we are never immune to website bugs. Of course, in such cases, we will notify you with an alert message on the homepage.

Returns & Refunds
- Damn, I messed up, I had a major meltdown.
- Damn, I ordered the wrong size.
- Actually, it doesn't suit me at all.
In short, you wish to make a return?
Don't worry MUM's, you have 14 working days to make a return from the date of receipt of the products.
Before returning one or more items, please ensure you comply with our return conditions and contact us via our form by selecting ' Cancellation & Return ' or send us an email to womum@milk-away.com mentioning your order number and the reason for your return.
Once our conditions have been verified and the email sent, it's very simple:
1. Prepare the package
Place the item back in the package and affix the return address above the delivery label (take care to completely cover all traces of the previous delivery label).
2. Return the item
Drop off your parcel at a post office and keep the proof of posting. We strongly advise you to choose the tracking option for your parcel.
3. You will receive a refund!
After we receive your return package, you will be refunded within 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been processed.
