Shipping policy
Good news Mums! We deliver everywhere, any time! In Europe and beyond.
Delivery is made to the address you gave us when you placed your order.
Depending on your address, you will be able to choose from several carriers and indicate whether you prefer delivery to your home or to a collection point. These options are offered when you reach the final basket. Shipping costs are calculated and automatically added to the price of your final basket.
When will my package be shipped?
We can't wait for you to enjoy it too! That's why, as soon as we receive your payment, we will ship your package within 24 hours.
However, the delivery time may vary depending on the chosen carrier and your delivery address.
To give you an idea, if the order is not delayed, your package will be delivered on average between 2 and 7 working days in Europe and between 4 and 10 days for the rest of the world.
All details regarding your delivery will be given to you in the order confirmation email.
What happens if I am not present to receive my package?
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave you a calling card. You then have two options:
- Contact the chosen delivery service to set a new delivery date.
- Pick up your package at your chosen pick-up point.
I only received part of my order, is this normal?
If one or more items are missing, please contact us via our form or at the email address: womum@milk-away.com with your order number and the missing item(s). We will find a solution together to dispatch your item(s) as soon as possible!
We are concerned about the environment and will always prioritise a single consignment to keep you happy ,it would be a pity not to send you the Items already available, no? If it is question of shortage of stock or delay in the order, an email will be sent to you beforehand to agree on multiple or single processing of your order.
