Have you changed your mind? Your item is not what you hoped for? Have you gone completely over board? (It's normal, we are #WONDERMUMS after all! )
Don't worry Mum's, you have 14 working days to return one or more items from your order as soon as you receive them.
How do I return an item?
Very simple...
- First ofall, you can either inform us via our form by selecting 'Cancellation & Return' or send us an e-mail to womum@milk-away.com mentioning your order number, the items you wish to return and the reason for your return.
- Then, prepare your parcel by repacking the item(s) with their original label, in their original packaging or, failing that, suitable packaging*. If you choose to return the items in their original packaging, please take care to render all traces of the previous delivery label invisible.
- Then, drop your parcel off at a post office or at the carrier's pick-up point of your choice and send it to the following address:

Conditions of return
The item(s) must be returned in their original condition without having been washed and with the labels.
It is, of course, possible to try on your items but not to wear them. When trying on your items, take care not to leave any traces of make-up or stains. Please also do not leave any smells on the clothes such as deodorant, sweat, cooking or perfume.
Otherwise, we reserve the right not to accept your return as we will not be able to place the items back on sale for another #WONDERMUM.
Who pays the return shipping costs?
As a young company, we are unfortunately not able to pay for the return shipping costs. These costs will, therefore, be at your expense and will be paid directly to the carrier of your choice. We strongly advise taking the tracking option for your package.
If the mistake is ours, i.e.:
- if we sent you the wrong size, model, or colour...
- if, despite our strict quality checks, the item has a manufacturing defect
Our apologies!
In this case, we will of course refund your return shipping costs.
No refunds will be given for purchases made during the 2 + 1 promotion running from June 25 to July 03, 2024 on the occasion of the third anniversary of Milk Away.
When will I receive my refund?
We undertake to reimburse the amount for the returned item(s) (excluding delivery costs) within 5 days of receipt of the package. We strongly recommend that you keep the proof of deposit of your package and use the tracking option.
The refund will be made via the initial payment method used (bank transfer and/or voucher).
Can I exchange my item?
Found something you love… but it’s not quite perfect? No worries, we’ve got you covered.
Would you like a different size, style or colour? That’s absolutely fine. Simply contact us, specifying:
- the product in question
- the reason for your exchange
- the item(s) you’d like to exchange it for
We will then guide you through the process of returning your order.
As soon as we receive your item(s), we will dispatch the new item you have requested.
If there is a price difference, we will send you an email with payment details.
Return postage costs and the new delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer.
