Size guide
How to take your measurements correctly and know your measurements after giving birth?
To find out what size you are, you will need to take certain measurements: chest, waist and hips.
Get yourself a measuring tape and make sure you take the measurements while standing up.
Next, place the measuring tape around the part of your body you want to measure, holding it firmly and without bending it. The measurement should be taken at the point where the tape crosses over itself.
1. The chest
Stand up straight and place the measuring tape horizontally and flat across your chest at the fullest part of your breasts. It should pass under your armpits and over your shoulder blades.
2. The size
Take your measuring tape and place it around your waist. If you're having trouble finding your natural waistline, stand up straight and bend to the side: the point where your body bends is your natural waist, that is, the narrowest part of your torso, at its most indented. Ideally, the tape measure should pass between your ribcage and your navel. Make sure the tape measure lies flat around your waist, without pulling it too tight (you should be able to fit at least one finger between the tape measure and the other). For an accurate measurement, don't pull in your stomach.
3. The hips
Place the measuring tape around your hips at their widest point. Generally, the hip measurement is measured about 20 centimeters from the waist, at the level of the pelvic region. For some women, it will be lower, at the level of the buttocks.
Now that you know how to take your measurements, you can check your size using our size charts in the Details & Composition section of each item. Also, feel free to take a look at our section at the bottom of the page which explains how to flatter your figure according to your body type.

What are the different types of morphology?
Having a good or bad body shape is like having a perfect body—it doesn't exist. But if you want a balanced silhouette and clothes that make you feel good, it's sometimes necessary to take the time to understand your own body shape.
Women's body shapes can be divided into six categories according to certain characteristics that we have listed for you below.

The A-shaped body type is the most classic and common among women. It is characterized by narrow shoulders and wider hips.
Our ' Nobody puts baby in a corner ' nursing dress will particularly flatter your figure. Its fitted top and flowing skirt at the hips will help to redefine your shoulders while avoiding drawing attention to your hips.
Our chic ' Rive gauche/Rive droite ' nursing top will also accentuate your shoulders thanks to its shoulder pads. For a looser fit and to add volume to your silhouette, feel free to choose a size larger than you usually wear.

V-shaped morphology , the silhouette of the quintessential sporty woman, it is characterized by shoulders that are wider than the hips.
With a fuller top, the aim will be to favor flared styles like our ' Milk Away since 2021 ' nursing t-shirt. This will naturally highlight your waist and hips and feminize your silhouette.
You can also try our ' La vie en rose ' nursing dress with its straight cut and length that will soften your silhouette. And why not wear it with a scarf tied at the waist or a belt to accentuate the Hips? Style is yours!

H-shaped morphology, possesses a fairly straight silhouette with shoulders and hips of similar size as well as a less defined waist.
For a well-balanced silhouette, we suggest you opt for an ultra-feminine piece like our ' Refill 24/7 ' linen nursing t-shirt, which will highlight your décolletage with the V-neck, and create a waistline with high-waisted jeans.
You can also opt for a more flowing style that will add volume to your silhouette, like our ' Who run the world? Mums ' hoodie.

The hourglass figure , a classic feminine silhouette, has hips and shoulders of similar dimensions, but a more defined waist. The curves are balanced and voluptuous.
Your waist naturally draws attention and will be your greatest beauty asset! To accentuate it, you can...
Choose tops with details at the shoulders and bust like our ' The cream of the crop ' nursing sweater .
You can also opt for our white ' Who run the world? Mums ' nursing t-shirt paired with classic straight-leg trousers or carrot trousers.

The X-shaped body type is similar to the 8-shaped body type, but with less pronounced and firmer curves. It is generally the typical body type of slimmer or athletic women.
As with the hourglass figure, you are distinguished by a slimmer silhouette. Therefore, you can apply the same advice, focusing on emphasizing your waist and maintaining a nice balance between your shoulders and hips.
Alternatively, opt for styles that naturally flatter your lovely legs, like our ' Nobody puts baby in ' nursing dress. has corner ' and your chest with our ' Refill 24/7 ' V-neck linen nursing t-shirt.

O-shaped morphology , the hips and shoulders are not very defined and blend into the chest, which is often generous.
The goal is clear: to define and elongate your silhouette. The idea is to opt for flowing clothes that aren't too loose. Choose straight cuts rather than flared ones, always with the aim of maintaining a light silhouette. We think our ' Crème de la Crème ' nursing sweater and the round neckline of our ' In' nursing tank tops will help. 'MUM we trust ' would suit you perfectly!
With your voluptuous and feminine curves, you're sure to attract everyone's attention!
